WHAT MAKES ME PUSH FORWARD
I’m Dr Suzanne Ross the founder of 2thrive and sister company Women Trailblazers. I established 2thrive to help leaders, teams and organisations to do just that – thrive. It’s people that make organisations a success. Completing a doctorate in leadership talent, success and derailment comprising 8 years of research into successful and derailing leaders and leadership was the culmination of a passion for understanding the differences that makes the difference – whether that’s at individual, team or organisational level. I combine this knowledge with 20 years of international experience in leadership, team and organisational development to help people thrive individually and collectively.

2thrive combines a research evidence based approach which means ‘best’ thinking rather than latest fads. This is distilled into straightforward, pragmatic solutions to help leaders, teams and organisations improve performance, achieve results and deliver value – and thrive whilst they do this.
The 2thrive logo highlights ‘be, think, do’:
- Be: is about our character, values and purpose. Who we are at our core, our authentic selves.
- Think: Our mind-set, how we process emotions, our beliefs and attitudes
- Do: Our behaviour and actions.
Organisations are all about people. For change to occur, at any level, these need to be aligned.
